TICKET POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable and purchases are final. We do not have any cancellation terms for purchases made online. If you have any hesitations or questions about our events or tickets, please do not hesitate to ask by sending us a message or email us!

We do offer the opportunity to sell tickets and change the name of the passes for a 5€/50SEK Name Change fee.

Ticket Cancellation

At our establishment, we understand that plans may change and sometimes you may be unable to attend our Bachata Festival. However, we have a strict policy regarding ticket cancellations and refunds.

Please note that all tickets purchased for the Bachata Festival are non-refundable. We are unable to refund any money in case of a no-show or last minute sickness.

Customers who are unable to attend the Bachata Festival may choose to sell their tickets to someone else. It is the responsibility of the customer to find a buyer for their ticket and to inform us of the transfer latest 2 days before the event. In this case, the customer is requested to pay a name change fee – 5€/50SEK per name change.

Lost & Found Policy

At our event establishments, we take the responsibility of keeping our premises safe and secure very seriously. However, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items that are brought into our premises. We do not have a lost & found department where any items that are found on our premises will be kept safe.

If you have lost any personal belongings while on our premises, please report it to our staff immediately. We will do everything in our power to help you locate your lost items. If we are able to locate your lost item, we will contact you and arrange for you to collect it.

Please note that after every event, we are not responsible for any lost items. We recommend that you take all necessary precautions to safeguard your belongings while on our premises. This includes keeping an eye on your belongings at all times, not leaving valuable items unattended.
