VOLUNTEERS
✪ Tallinn Bachata Experience wouldn’t be possible without our group of HEROES who bring the magic to life – our amazing volunteers!
★ Do you want to be part of the team that makes it all happen?
★ This is your chance to get involved, meet incredible people, and experience the festival from the inside out!
Here are the areas you can join in:
1. Front Desk – Registration, ticket sales at the door, guest questions, bracelet checks
2. Workshop Coordinator – Keep track of time, provide water for artists, help with mics, show time reminders, ticket checks
3. Social Media – Capture videos/photos with your phone or camera (if you have one)
4. Decoration Crew – Assist with set-up and take-down of decorations
5. Production – Pre-event construction, set-up, and de-construction after the event
6. Competition Coordination – Helping to coordinate & facilitate J&J and/or Solo Competition, in terms of production, logistics, registration etc
7. Airport Transfers – Driving or organizing drives between airport & hotel (doesn’t need to have a car)
